Enterprise Energy Limited is an junior explorer in the energy sector listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Historically it has explored for oil and gas in onshore areas, focusing primarily on the Cooper Basin in central Australia. In its own right, or through its wholly owned subsidiary, Traditional Oil Pty Ltd, it also holds interests in the Cooper and Surat / Bowen Basins in onshore Australia.
In May 2007 there was a major recomposition of the Board following which the company relocated its activities from Adelaide to North Sydney NSW. The new Board has been actively seeking out a range of new opportunities to compliment its established skills and relationship bases, as well as expanding the scope of interest.
The company was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in May 2004.
